- If it's your first time ordering and you want to pay cash on delivery, we might have to cancel. It's just how we roll.
- If you want same-day delivery, make sure you order before 4 p.m. For mail orders, get 'em in before 1 p.m. and we'll drop it off at the post office by 4 p.m. on weekdays. But hey, sometimes delays happen, so be cool about it.
- Canada Post & Grabba Collective don't count weekends as business days.
- Shipping times with Canada Post aren't guaranteed.
- If your stuff gets lost or damaged during shipping with Canada Post, you must file a claim. Claims can take 8-30 business days to finish up, and we'll sort out a refund or replacement once that's done.
- When using Canada Post, it's totally on you to give us the right address and unit number (or access code if needed). If the tracking says it's been delivered but you haven't got it, neither we nor Canada Post will refund or look into the missing package. So, think carefully about which shipping carrier you choose, especially if there's a chance of this happening where you're having it delivered.
- Sometimes we might need a signature for deliveries to certain places or customers. That's our call.
- Canada Post won't ship to P.O. Boxes, so you gotta give a physical address for those orders. If they can't deliver because of a wrong address, they'll probably return the package to us, and you'll have to cover any costs for reshipping.
SALES/RETURNS
- We don't promise our stuff has more nicotine than what you'd normally find in a tobacco leaf. Our leaves are all-natural and contain no additives, preservatives or flavours.
- If we mess up and send you the wrong thing, we'll cover the shipping costs and swap out the product(s) once you send 'em back. This is the only circumstance we'll give a refund.
- If you're new here and your billing and shipping info don't match, we might give you a call to check things out. If we can't get hold of you, your order might be put on hold. If we still can't reach you after a few days, we might cancel your order and refund your payment.
- If you ordered the wrong stuff and want to return or exchange it, that's cool. But you've gotta cover all the shipping costs, plus a 5% restocking fee and any price difference between items. The product you're sending back needs to be undamaged and sealed, with all the original stuff inside, and you've got to post it no later than a week after you tell us you're returning it. If there are extra shipping costs because you gave us the wrong info, you'll have to cover those too.
- If something's missing from your order, we'll add it to your next purchase or refund your payment method.
- If there's a problem with the quality of your order that's not just the usual stuff you'd expect with natural agricultural products, we'll ask for pictures to check out the issue. Then we'll decide if it's eligible for an exchange or refund.
- You've got to request any exchanges or refunds within a week of getting the item. You can do this by giving us a call or shoot us an email at info@grabbacollective.ca.
- If you're eligible for a refund, we'll send you an email to let you know when the credit has been processed.
TERMS OF SERVICE
- You gotta be 19 or older to buy tobacco according to local and provincial laws to order from us. We don't sell to minors. If you look too young, you will be asked for I.D..
- Prices on our site can change without notification.
- If we get your order by 2:00 p.m. EST, we usually ship it out that business day. But hey, stuff happens that's out of our control, so if there's a delay, just chill.
- If you order something that's low on stock, it might take longer than usual to get your order ready. If we can't get hold of you about your order, we'll refund you for any items we couldn't ship within ten business days of when you placed the order.
- We're not responsible for any health or other effects from using our products. Smoking tobacco (or anything else) can be pretty risky, as you probably know.
- All sales are final, gang. If we mess up, we'll give you a refund or replace the product - no hassle. But if you get a refund before delivery, like you just change your mind, you'll have to cover any bank fees for returning your payment.
