Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

No Returns or Refunds on Opened, Non-Defective Items

Due to the nature of our products, opened items that are not defective are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Incorrect Items Sent

If Grabba Collective sends an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and replace the product once the original item is returned to us.


Order Verification (First-Time Customers)

For first-time customers whose billing and shipping information do not match, we may contact you by phone to verify order details.

Orders will be placed on hold until verification is completed

If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method

If an expedited processing option was selected, the order will not be shipped until verification is completed with the cardholder

This process helps protect against fraud and ensures secure delivery.


Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product and wish to return or exchange it, the following conditions apply:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

A 5% restocking fee will be applied

Any price differences between products must be covered by the customer

Items must be:

Unopened

Undamaged

Include all original contents

Postmarked within 7 days of return approval

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, we will either:

Add the missing item to a future purchase, or

Refund the value of the missing item to your original payment method


Quality Concerns

If you experience an issue with product quality that exceeds expected agricultural commodity standards, we may request photos for verification.

Based on our review, we will determine eligibility for an exchange or refund.

All exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
