Mail-Out Shipping (Canada-Wide)
All orders are shipped by mail across Canada using Canada Post.
We do not offer same-day or local delivery.
All orders are packed and shipped according to the schedule below.
Processing & Shipping Times
Business Days Only
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 11:30 AM on a weekday are typically processed the same day
Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day
Please note that Canada Post does not operate on weekends or public holidays, which may affect delivery timing.
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

To avoid delays or delivery issues, customers are responsible for the following:
Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Grabba Collective is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Any redelivery or address correction fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Secure Delivery Location
For Canada Post deliveries, customers are responsible for choosing a secure delivery location.
If tracking shows an order as “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, we are unable to provide further assistance.
Weather & Unexpected Delays
Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, road closures, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods. We recommend allowing extra time when placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit with Canada Post:
Grabba Collective will file a claim on your behalf
Claims are typically resolved within 8 to 30 business days
Refunds or replacements will be issued after the claim is finalized
