Delivery Route and Order Cutoff FAQs We start delivering at 5 PM on weekdays and 3 PM on weekends. If you want to place an order, make sure to do it by 5 PM on weekdays and by 3 PM on weekends. If you order after those times, we’ll process it the next day when we’re out on the road.
Same-Day Delivery Expectations All same-day orders usually get delivered by 9:30 PM. We only have one driver for the whole GTA, so please be patient! If you got a confirmation email, you followed our rules, and the weather is okay, don't worry—the driver is on the way!
Shipping Policy and Order Processing We send out orders all across Canada using Canada Post. If you place an order by 3 PM on a weekday, we'll take it to the post office the same day. Just keep in mind, mail doesn’t move on weekends, so if you order on Friday night, it won’t get sent until the next business day.
