Same-Day Delivery policy
Apartments:
Our driver will send you a text 30 minutes before arrival to confirm you’re ready. If we don’t receive a response within 10-20 minutes, your order may be canceled or rescheduled for the next day. Please be prepared to meet the driver at your building’s entrance and account for elevator timing to avoid any delays.

Detached Homes, Duplexes, and Townhouses:
Keep an eye on your email for delivery updates. If you'd like our driver to ring the doorbell or knock when they arrive, simply let us know in your order notes or via email. Otherwise, we won’t ring the bell or provide tracking updates, as you've already been given the delivery window of 5:00 PM–9:30 PM. Rest assured, your packages will be safely left at your front door or in an accessible mailbox unless instructed otherwise.

Double-check your shipping and contact information during checkout. Errors may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
Customers are responsible for any additional costs (e.g. a secondary delivery fee) arising from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.

We recommend planning your orders with these possibilities in mind, especially during peak seasons.
