We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely while providing clear shipping guidelines. Below is everything you need to know to ensure a smooth experience.
Same-Day and Local Delivery (GTA Only)
We offer same-day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with these conditions:

Order Cut-Off Times:
- Weekdays (Monday-Friday): Order by 5 PM for same-day delivery.
- Weekends (Saturday-Sunday): Order by 3 PM for same-day delivery.
- Delivery Time: Orders meeting the cutoff will be delivered by 9:30 PM.

Apartments:
- Drivers will send a text notification 30 minutes prior to arrival. If no response is received within 10-20 minutes, your order may be canceled or rescheduled. Please note that additional fees, such as a redelivery charge, may apply.
- Be prepared to meet the driver at the building’s entrance. Account for elevator timing to avoid delays.

Detached Homes, Duplexes, and Townhouses:
- You’ll receive email updates about your delivery.
- If you’d like the driver to ring the bell or knock, let us know in the order notes or via email.
- If no instructions are provided, packages will be left at the front door or mailbox.
Important Notes:
- Same-day delivery may be delayed due to weather, peak demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Drivers will not deliver to individual units. Customers must meet the driver at the building entrance.
Mail Order Shipping (Canada-Wide)
We ship mail orders across Canada via Canada Post:
General Shipping Times (Mail)
- Business Days Only:
- Canada Post does not operate on weekends or public holidays, meaning some shipments may be delayed until the next available business day. Transit times are estimates not guaranteed.

Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 1 PM on weekdays are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or over weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- Cash on Delivery Option Unavailable
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- First-Time Buyers: COD orders for first-time buyers are reviewed and may be canceled at our discretion.
- Local Delivery Only: COD is not available for mail orders; it must be handled in person for local deliveries.
- Confirmation Required: Customers must respond to the driver’s text to confirm availability before delivery.
Customer Responsibilities
- Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping and contact details during checkout. Errors may cause delays or failed deliveries, and additional fees may apply for secondary deliveries.
- Safe Delivery Location: If using Canada Post, ensure the delivery location is secure. We cannot assist if tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing.
- Weather/Delays: Delivery times may be impacted by weather or road closures. Plan ahead, especially during peak seasons.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit with Canada Post:
- We’ll file a claim for you.
- Claims are typically resolved within 8 to 30 business days.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued after the claim is resolved.
